Our history
IFC has been engaged in the Passenger Cabin Systems sector of the commercial airline industry since 1976.
IFC is a Transport Canada, FAA, (Canada/USA Bilateral), and EASA approved organization that is typically contracted by airlines, leasing companies and system OEM's to provide Maintenance, Design, NRE, Certification, Provisions Kits, Installation and Modification Services of Passenger Cabin Systems.
Our expertise
IFC holds 300 + design STC’s and has modified 800 + various types of commercial aircraft with many and varied types of IFE, ISPS and Connectivity systems provided by multiple vendors such as Panasonic, Thales (etc.) and IFC’s own systems. IFC is the holder of patented designs for the installation and operation of IFE, ISPS & Connectivity systems. IFC has full technical knowledge of, and experience with, all major IFE, ISPS and most Connectivity systems. IFC is also the designer of and the owner of the IP for the PES/PSS+P system and the USB Power system.
